New FIFA rankings are out and Italy is No. 2?

The world soccer rankings were released and Italy moved from 12th to 2nd behind Brazil which remained in the first spot. The new system uses a teams' results from the last 4 years rather than the previous 8 years. There are other minor adjustments as well.
