Zidane to Zurich for verdict

French star Zinedine Zidane headed to Zurich , Switzerland today to receive the verdict from FIFA for his famous head-butt incident with Italian player Marco Materazzi during the World Cup final.

Speculation on the outcome ranges from a ceremonial suspension, since he has retired from international play, to absolution and punishment for Materazzi.

Materazzi was in Zurich last week to discuss the issue with FIFA as part of their investigation.
